Wearing eye glasses or contact lenses does not mean that you cannot become a pilot. You must have a 3rd class-medical license to fly which includes an eye exam. An FAA approved medical examiner can discuss the specific visual acuity requirements with you.
DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF YOU ARE A MAN OR A WOMAN?
No. Everyone may apply. CAE maintains rigid equal opportunity standards that prohibit discrimination based on gender, race, religion, age, or national origin.

There are no FAA regulations regarding pilot height or weight, however airlines may impose their own requirements.
I AM COLOUR-BLIND, CAN I BECOME A PILOT?
There are not many people who are truly color-blind. Most people with a color problem are color-weak. Color-weak does not mean that you cannot become a pilot. For more information, please contact an FAA approved medical examiner.
